Josh Lozman

Director, Global Program Advocacy & Communications

Josh Lozman leads advocacy and communications efforts for the foundation division that focuses on advancing gender equality globally.

Before joining the foundation in 2012, Josh served in the Obama Administration as chief of staff to the National Economic Council in the White House. Earlier, he spent more than four years at the global advocacy organization ONE, including as policy director and chief of staff. Before that, he worked at development policy organizations including the Global Health Council and the Center for Global Development and worked on several election campaigns.

Josh has an MBA and a master’s in public health from Johns Hopkins University and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
