Rob Baker

Rob Baker and his teams are responsible for the test, validation, and quality control of software components and systems developed by IDM, as well as the design, implementation, support, and maintenance of a wide IT ecosystem of technologies used throughout the IDM organization. He serves as the deputy director of Software Test and IT Operations, bringing 30 years of experience in software development, test, and information technology.

Prior to joining IDM, Rob worked in the wireless telecommunications industry and has held various roles in many areas, including test project management, systems architecture, server and systems administration, technical writer, data analysis, database architecture, customer and vendor management, interactive voice recognition analyst, and software development, deployment, and support.

Rob recently completed the Fosters Executive Education program at the University of Washington and is currently working toward a Bachelor of Science in Business Management to further build upon his already impressive background of knowledge and experience.
